You can't be good at everything if you do everything, but as a curious learner, I love to know bits about other domains while I remain focused on my path. How do you keep up to date with the daily AWS announcement? It is safe to say that keeping up to date with these announcements or patches equates to a 9 - 5 job.
How to add AWS RSS feed to your Outlook.
AWS announces new services and patches every week. If you are in tech and you interact with the AWS products you may be curious to learn about what's new in security, services, database, and patches. Follow the below step to add the Really Simple Syndicate RSS Feed to your Outlook app.
Launch your Outlook and navigate to the RSS Folder.
Right-click on the folder (Not shown) and click Add RSS.
Copy the link https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/recent/feed/
Paste it into the RSS textbox.
Click Add
Click the Advance tab
Select the two checkboxes "Automatically download enclosures for this RSS Feed" and "Download the full article as .html attachment"
Click Yes. The What's New in AWS Announcements will start syncing directly to the Folder "New Announcements" under the RSS Feed in Outlook.
Done! Happy learning! At this point, you have all emails with links to the article and attachments.
